Welcome to the premiere issue of Avenir The Magazine, celebrating life in the Avenir community. Our mission is to represent this vibrant area on the pages of a sophisticated lifestyle magazine. We will present all things current, interesting and important directly to the people who care about and support this thriving Palm Beach Gardens neighborhood, giving Avenir a creative voice representing the community with the pride and acknowledgement it deserves.

In this issue, we tour Blue Heron, Avenir’s east clubhouse, and meet Lifestyle Director Patrice Chiaramonte, as well as learn the history behind the unique Avenir community. We also preview the array of dining, retail and lifestyle options set to open later this year at Avenir Town Center. Next, we tour the newly opened Somerset Academy Avenir with Principal Rebecca Pavich. Finally, we meet the Avenir residents behind the innovative firm Coffee Cake And Real Estate. Reaching beyond the borders of Avenir, we explore the fun offerings at Charm Pop Party, sample the fare at the nearby Lewis Prime Grill and explore the growing sport of padel with a look at the new Xcel Padel facility in Westlake.
