The amazing resident offerings available at Avenir continue to expand with the soon-to-open Great Egret Clubhouse, serving Avenir’s western areas. Like all Avenir amenities, this new clubhouse features state-of-the-art facilities designed to bring residents together. In this issue, we chat with Lifestyle Manager Samantha Deutsch about the Great Egret.

In June, ground was broken on the new Jupiter Medical Center Neighborhood Hospital at the Health Park at Avenir. This exciting new healthcare offering, accompanied by an adjacent medical building, will allow Avenir residents to get emergency treatment and specialty appointments close to home once the new hospital opens in early 2028. Learn more about this exciting project in this issue.

Among the stores opening soon at Avenir Town Center is Field of Greens, which will join eight other Palm Beach County locations bringing healthy dining options to local residents. The menu at Field of Greens, featured this issue, includes salads, wraps, bowls, smoothies and more. Also in this issue, our Palm Beach County cultural series continues with a look at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, where Japanese culture comes to life through programs, exhibits and its signature 16 acres of gardens.

Jupiter Medical Center recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its second hospital, the Jupiter Medical Center Neighborhood Hospital at the Health Park at Avenir, marking a significant healthcare expansion in northern Palm Beach County.

FIELD OF GREENS WILL BRING FRESH, HEALTHY DINING OPTIONS

Palm Beach County-based restaurant chain Field of Greens will open in September at Avenir Town Center, bringing a new healthy dining option to residents of Avenir. Field of Greens was created with a simple mission: to make fresh, high-quality, better-for-you food easy, approachable and full of flavor.
